Skills & Support Groups in Colorado

Completing this form. I’ll answer all your questions about the groups I facilitate.

Current groups being offered:

Group therapy is different because:

  1. With more voices, there is more to learn. There’s power in the feedback from real people, not just the therapist.

  2. Practicing new skills is more dynamic (and more fun?) when you’re with other people who are learning the same stuff.

  3. A group is a relationship, which can help you improve relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.

  4. It can be scary to join a group, and some people experience enormous growth from doing such scary things.

  5. You’ll hear from others who get what you’re going through, folks who are struggling with the same stuff you are. And they get to hear from YOU.

  6. Group therapy is generally more affordable than individual.
